Verity spots her target in a second. She lingers near the front counter while taking a closer look. The woman looks to be in her mid-twenties and is sitting alone, near the window. She seems relaxed, but she does occasionally glance out the window. So she's distracted, and that's good for Verity.

She makes her way towards the woman, inconspicuously picking up a glass half full of some kind of soda as she walks past an empty table waiting to be bussed. She keeps her eyes anywhere but where she's planning on going, and when she gets close enough, makes her move.

Her 'move' involves gracelessly tripping over her own feet - a trick she's done enough times that she's fully confident in her own abilities to be convincingly clumsy. She carefully, articulately plans her fake stumble and aims the drink that so "carelessly" slips from her fingers at the woman in the booth.
